Land was once owned by Irmgard E. Hird of Lincoln St. In September 1951 Loretta R. Cairns purchased the lot and in December 1951 sold to Herrick E. & Bernice B. Colby. The Colby family lived here until Nov. 1963 selling to F. Gordon & Martha Edgar. who live her for 21 years. Arthur & Elizabeth Purcell purchased the home on Mar. 26, 1984 and then sold to Juliana M. McGovern in July 1993. McGovern sold to Michael & Christina A Peirce on Dec. 22, 1998. The deed was transferred over to Christina A. [Pierce] Tomasi in May 2008. Three year later the property was sold to Samuel & Arabel Thomas III in 2011.
