Architectural Description:
Late Georgian or Federal period.
A recent shingle replacement revealed the original roof planking placed vertical from eave to ridge which indicates an earlier building technique. The roof purlins run horizontal and tie into rafters equally placed across the roof. Post & beam construction.

May have been an early shop building (unusual form)-to serve Marland Village-well located for such.
Harding Street named for John Harding, a successful merchant with store in basement of Baptist Church. His father, an earlier John Harding, was loyalist and emigrant, who quartered British soldiers in 1812.
