The property was fromerly owned by Harry W. & Hilma Martin in 1941. Thier property was sub-divied into house lots in 1941 and the lots sold seperately. Hazel M. Many of their engineers and employees were transferred to the now plant when it came on line. Some employees were later transferred to other plants and if the home did not sell in time of the move the company would purchased the home and resell.
