Historical Narrative:
This property was once part of the larger lot of #19 Cuba Street. The property was purchased by Joseph C. & Patricia L. Sweeney in June 1950. The Sweeney family were granted a variance from the Town of Andover to divide their property creating two nearly identical lots in August 1974.
The new lot was sold off for the construction of the new house now situated at this site. Timothy & Stephanie Smith purchased the home on November 26, 1975 and continue to to resided here in 2014.
