Historical Narrative:
This home is new construction, built on an vacant lot once part of the property across the street at 82 Center St. That deed had two parcels when sold to Edward J. Walsh Jr. on Apr. 2, 1980. Walsh divided off the second lot in the deed and constructed this home about 1987 - 1988. The property falls within the buffer zone of the Ballardvale Local Historic District and the Ballardvale National Historic Register District.
