Joshua got a 20 acre parcel extending down to the river, and barn and a portion of the homestead property. Joshua had also purchased in Jan. 20, 1743 for 300 pds., ¾ part of the Forge or Iron Works, on the west side of the Shawsheen River and 3/8 of the Lovejoy dam. The deed also included the two northward coal houses westward of the forge and all utensils. It appears that Henry occupied the east side of the house. Henry died and was buried on Feb. 2, 1776.
