The land was once owned by Grace E. Merrick and she sold off lots for housing. Alexander & Bertha Ritchie purchased the property in Jan. 1940 and built the house. Their daughter Jane Ritchie Shaw was also included in the ownership deed. The property was transferred to Felicia Sholik in October 1948. Then back to the Richie family with several deed corrections done through the years. Alex Ritchie died on July 26, 1967. Bertha & daughter Jane R. Shaw sold the property on April 27, 1972 to Robert B. & Pamela A. Read. They remained for 23 years selling to Paul W. & Jeanne M. Madden in Oct. 1995. Spiro C. Pappadopoulos purchased the homme in Mar. 2006 and sold six year later to Rady & Kretcha Roldan in August 2012.
