Historical Narrative:
This lot of land was once part ow the property at 72 Central Street and was divied into a house lot in 1997. The property was part of the Central Abbot Realty Trust of Louise Abbot and Wilfred E. Gardner. It was transferred to David M. Abbot trustee in April 1997.
The lot was sold to Fieldstone Meadows Development Corp. Todd D. Wacome president and treasure on June 2, 1998.
The nine room, four bedroom house was built by Todd Wacome and sold to John A. & Nina M. Senatore on June 9, 1999. Senatore owned the home for nine years selling to Harry A. Kasparian on Jan 30, 2008. The house is now held in the 70 Central Street Realty Trust.
